Mega Millions jackpot moves to $34 million; One player matched the first five numbers

The grand prize in America's favorite Mega Millions lottery game continues to increase exciting players all across the nation. Since no player correctly hit all 6 winning numbers in Friday's drawing the jackpot will go to a projected $34 million! The lump-sum cash payout stands at a projected $23.7 million up for grab. The winning numbers from Tuesday, September 28th, 2021 drawing were 18, 30, 43, 68, 69 with Mega Ball 22 and Megaplier X4.
Though the jackpot was not hit Tuesday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. There was a single lucky player that correctly matched the first 5 lotto numbers and won the 2nd prize. The one lucky ticket(s) purchased in , each won one quarter million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
