Huge Powerball jackpot up for grabs Wednesday night

The grand prize for Wednesday Powerball lottery jumped to $363 million (cash value $279.2 million) after no player matched all 6 winning numbers Saturday night. The winning numbers from Saturday, December 26th, 2020 drawing were 10-24-27-35-53 and Powerball was 18.
Even though the jackpot was not awarded Saturday evening, some players still walked away with large winnings. There were five lucky winners matched all five white ball numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The 3 second prize winning ticket(s) bought in Florida(1), North Carolina(1) and Texas(1) will collect $1 million cash. The other two second prize winner(s) from Kentucky(1) and Texas(1) also bought Power Play, which doubled the prize to 2 million dollar cash win!
In addition, 22 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Powerball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. There were 4 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
There were 88,649 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of Florida. The lucky Florida ticket won the second prize was sold from . 2 tickets sold in Florida matched 4 white ball numbers and also the Powerball. These lucky ticket holders will collect $10,000 cash each. There was one lucky Floridaer matched 4 lotto numbers plus the Powerball with Power Play and won $40,000. There were 179 lucky Florida winners won $100 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers. 55 tickets were sold in the state of Florida which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play. The lucky ticket holders will collect $200 each.
With nine different ways to win, the Saturday night's drawing generated 942,150 winning tickets across the nation with a total amount of $0 prizes.
America's favorite Powerball lottery is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to spend $1 extra to purchase the Power Play option, which multiplies the original winnings but not grand prize. The minimum Powerball grand prize starts at $40,000,000. Its annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment payments in 29 years. Winners may choose one-time lump sum cash payout option instead.
