Huge Powerball jackpot up for grabs Wednesday night

The grand prize in the Powerball multistate lottery game continues climbing and is going to be up to 285,000,000 for the upcoming drawing on Wednesday. The lump-sum cash payout will be $148.1 million. The amount was rolled over since no player matched all 6 winning numbers to win the 269,000,000 grand prize Monday night. The winning numbers drawn Monday night, June 5th, 2023 were 02, 31, 45, 46, 49 and Powerball was 20. Nobody won the Powerball grand prize in the past 20 draws since Saturday, April 22nd, 2023. A single lucky winner from Ohio walked away with 251,000,000 jackpot in Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 drawing.
Though the jackpot was not hit Monday evening, some players still walked away with huge pile of cash. There was a sole ticket that matched all five white ball numbers and won the second prize. The 1 lucky ticket(s) purchased in Wisconsin, each won $1,000,000 cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Also, 6 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. There were 5 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Also, 177 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers.
