There were no Mega Millions lottery jackpot winners for Friday's $743,000,000 dollar drawing, so the grand prize will go to an estimated $800,000,000 with the lump-sum cash payout of $$344.2 million Tuesday, July 28th, 2026. The numbers drawn Friday night, July 24th, 2026 were 02, 05, 42, 44, 60 with Mega Ball number 01 and Megaplier . The Mega Millions jackpot has been rolling over for 139 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.One lucky winner from IL won the $344 million jackpot in Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 drawing.
Even though there was no grand prize winner Friday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. A total of 13 lucky winners won the 3rd prize. These included 13 tickets that matched 4 white numbers plus the Mega Ball and won $10,000.
Other winners Friday evening included 272 tickets that matched four lotto numbers and won $500. Other prizes won included 789 tickets that matched 3 white numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $200.
With 9 prize levels, there were 1,000,514 winning tickets sold across the nation in the Friday, July 24th, 2026 drawing.
Mega Millions is a consortium of 44 state lotteries. On average, 50% of the Mega Millions sales goes back towards the players in prizes. The chances of winning any prizes are about 1 to 14. The chances of winning Mega Millions jackpot are 1 to 302,575,350. The minimum Mega Millions advertised grand prize is $40,000,000. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal yearly payments. Winners can choose one lump-sum cash payout instead.
