Florida Mega Millions News and Payout for Friday, September 12th, 2025 Drawing

The Mega Millions game jackpot is on the move again. The jackpot for the Tuesday, September 16th, 2025 drawing leaps to $400,000,000 with the cash option at $$185.8 million. The winning numbers from Friday, September 12th, 2025 drawing were 17-18-21-42-64 with Mega Ball number 07 and Megaplier .

While there was no jackpot winner Friday evening, some people still walked away with huge pile of cash. A total of 6 lucky players won the 3rd prize. These included 6 tickets that matched four white ball numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $10,000.

Additional prizes won Friday night included 165 tickets that matched four lotto numbers and won $500. 572 tickets matched 3 of the 5 lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.

February 28th, 2013, Official Florida Lottery announced Florida was to add Mega Millions - a multi-state lottery game already played in all other US lottery states except Florida. Mega Millions tickets sales starts on May 15th, 2013.

Official Florida lottery Secretary Cynthia O'Connell said retailers and lottery players have been requesting Florida state to join Mega Millions for many years. Now Mega Millions finally came to Florida - with the first drawing on May 18th, 2013.
