Mega Millions jackpot breaks to 189,000,000 Friday, November 11th, 2022; Four second prize tickets sold

The jackpot in the Mega Millions multi-state lottery game has been increased to 189,000,000. The cash value will be an estimated $91 million. The prize amount was rolled over because no player matched all six numbers in Tuesday's 154,000,000 drawing. The next Mega Millions game drawing is Friday night. The numbers from Tuesday night, November 8th, 2022 were 05, 13, 29, 38, 59 and the Mega Ball was 23, Megaplier was 4. Nobody won the Mega Millions grand prize in the past 525 draws since Tuesday, October 17th, 2017.The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in New York, matched all six numbers for a $104 million top prize.
Though there was no grand prize winner Tuesday evening, some players still walked away with big money. There were four second prize winners from Tuesday night's drawing, matching the first 5 numbers except the Mega Ball number. The four lucky ticket(s) sold in GA,MD,NY, each won one quarter million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
In addition, 27 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. Other prizes won Tuesday night included 684 tickets that matched four lotto numbers and won $500. 1648 tickets matched 3 of the 5 lotto numbers, as well as the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.
With nine ways to win, there were a total of 2,390,542 winning tickets sold nationwide in the Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 drawing.
