Without a grand prize winner in the latest drawing, the Mega Millions multistate lottery game has carried over its jackpot to $163,000,000 for Tuesday night's drawing. The cash value will be a projected $$72.9 million. No player matched all five white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball number to win the $150,000,000 jackpot Friday. The next Mega Millions lottery drawing will be at 10:59 PM Tuesday night. The winning numbers drawn Friday night, April 24th, 2026 were 07, 16, 32, 35, 40 and the Mega Ball was 12, Megaplier was .
Though the jackpot was not hit Friday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. 8 3rd prize winning tickets were sold across the U.S.. These included 8 tickets that matched 4 white numbers together with Mega Ball and won $10,000.
Other prizes won Friday evening included 130 tickets that matched four white numbers and won $500. 330 tickets matched 3 of the 5 lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.
With nine different prize tiers, there were a total of 427,366 winning tickets sold across the nation in the Friday, April 24th, 2026 drawing.
Mega Millions can be played in 43 states and Washington DC. Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday night at 7:59 PM Pacific Time. Mega Millions uses a 5/70 (white balls) + 1/25 (Mega Balls) system from which winning numbers are chosen. Each play costs $1. In some states, players can choose to pay $1 extra to purchase the Megaplier option, which multiplies the original prizes 2 to 5 times but not jackpot. The minimum Mega Millions advertised jackpot is $40 million. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal yearly payments. Winners may select one lump sum cash payout option instead.
