There has been another roll-over in the grand prize for the multistate Mega Millions - to $438,000,000. The lump-sum cash payout stands at $$203.1 million. The grand prize grew because no one matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball number from Friday night's $416,000,000 drawing. The winning numbers from Friday, February 20th, 2026 drawing were 15-40-48-58-63 and the Mega Ball was 02, Megaplier was .
Even though there was no grand prize winner Friday evening, some players still walked away with huge pile of cash. A total of 9 lucky players won the 3rd prize. Among them, 9 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000.
In addition, 149 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $500. 409 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.

To play, select 5 numbers from a set of 70 and select 1 Mega Ball number from 1 to 25. The minimum Mega Millions advertised grand prize is 40 million dollar.
