The Mega Millions game grand prize increased since no player hit all six winning numbers from Friday night's $277,000,000 drawing. The next grand prize moved to $302,000,000 for Tuesday night's drawing. The cash option will be $$136 million up for grab. The winning numbers from Friday night, August 29th, 2025 were 13-31-32-44-45 with Mega Ball 21 and Megaplier x. Nobody won the Mega Millions jackpot in the past 45 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.A single lucky winner from IL won the $344 million top prize in Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 drawing.
Though there was no grand prize winner Friday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. A total of 8 lucky winners won the third prize. These included 8 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $10,000.
Additional prizes won Friday evening included 199 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers and won $500. Other prizes won included 523 tickets that matched 3 white numbers together with Mega Ball and won $200.
With 9 ways to win, there were 658,036 winning tickets sold across U.S. in the Friday, August 29th, 2025 drawing.
Mega Millions is one of the most popular lottery games in the U.S. sold in 44 participating states as a pari-mutuel jackpot game. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal annual payments. Winners can select one time lump sum cash payout instead.
