There were no tickets sold with all 5 lotto numbers plus the Mega Ball number in the latest multi-state Mega Millions game draw, and the projected jackpot for Tuesday's drawing will go to $42 million, according to lottery officials. The lump-sum cash payout will be a projected $31 million. The winning numbers from Friday, January 29th, 2021 drawing were 04, 44, 58, 59, 70 with Mega Ball number 03 and Megaplier x3. Nobody won the Mega Millions jackpot in the past 340 draws since Tuesday, October 17th, 2017.A single lucky winner from New York walked away with $104 million jackpot in Friday, September 22nd, 2017 drawing.
Though the grand prize was not hit Friday evening, Mega Millions had some big winners. There was only one lucky ticket correctly matched all five white ball numbers but missed Mega Ball number, which won the 2nd prize. The one second prize winning ticket(s) purchased in won a quarter million dollar cash each.
Other prizes won Friday evening included 11 tickets that matched 4 white numbers in addition to the Mega Ball and won $10,000.
