Wall Street is not the only place where fortunes are made and lost these days. One fortune is going to be up for grabs on Friday, when Mega Millions lottery has $60,000,000 on the line. The cash option will be $$26.9 million up for grab. Mega Millions' grand prize increased since no player hit all six numbers drawn Tuesday night. The numbers from Tuesday, July 1st, 2025 drawing were 19, 28, 31, 39, 54 with Mega Ball 05 and Megaplier .
Even though there was no grand prize winner Tuesday evening, Mega Millions had some big winners. 5 3rd prize winning tickets were sold nationwide. These included 5 tickets that matched 4 white numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $10,000.
In addition, 134 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $500. There were 410 tickets that correctly matched 3 white ball numbers as well as the Mega Ball and also won $200.
With nine different prize tiers, there were 393,004 winning tickets sold across U.S. in the Tuesday, July 1st, 2025 drawing.
Mega Millions is a consortium of 44 state lotteries. It holds the record largest jackpot in U.S. lottery history. The chances of winning any prizes are about 1 to 14. The odds of matching all six Mega Millions numbers are 1 to 302,575,350. The minimum Mega Millions advertised jackpot starts at $40 million. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal yearly installments. Winners can select one time lump sum cash payout option instead.
