Mega Millions jackpot moves to $61,000,000 Tuesday, June 18th, 2024; 1 ticket matched the first five numbers

There were no Mega Millions grand prize winners for Friday's $47,000,000 dollar drawing, so the grand prize will build to an estimated $61,000,000 with the cash option at $$29.3 million Tuesday, June 18th, 2024. The numbers from Friday night, June 14th, 2024 were 01-25-26-31-65 with Mega Ball number 02 and Megaplier x3.
Although the grand prize was not hit Friday evening, some players still walked away with huge prizes. There was a sole lucky ticket matched the first five white ball numbers but missed Mega Ball number, which won the second prize. The 1 lucky ticket(s) purchased in NJ, each won one quarter million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Also, 6 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers, as well as the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. Other prizes won Friday night included 196 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers and won $500. 547 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.
With 9 different prize levels, there were 825,708 winning tickets sold nationwide in the Friday, June 14th, 2024 drawing.
Mega Millions is an U.S. popular lottery game can be played in 44 participating states as a shared jackpot game. It holds the record biggest jackpot of $656 million in U.S. lottery history. To play Mega Millions, pick 5 numbers from 1 to 70 and choose a Mega Ball number from a set of 25. Each play costs $1.
