No one matched all 6 numbers. Powerball jackpot moves to $106 million

The Powerball multi-state lottery jackpot leaped to $106 million (cash value $75.6 million) Saturday night when there were no jackpot winning tickets in the $78 million drawing, lottery officials said. The winning numbers from Saturday, February 20th, 2021 drawing were 04, 08, 22, 32, 58 and Powerball number was 04. The Powerball grand prize has been rolling over for 107 draws since Saturday, February 15th, 2020. The last jackpot was won by a single ticket sold in Michigan, matched all six numbers for a $70.00 million top prize.
Although the grand prize was not awarded Saturday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. A total of 21 lucky tickets won the 3rd prize with or without Power Play option. These included 12 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000.
Other prizes won Saturday night included 280 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 100 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash! Additional prizes won Saturday evening included 850 tickets that matched 3 white numbers plus the Powerball and won $100. 301 additional tickets at this prize level were also purchased with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash.
With 9 prize tiers, the Saturday night's drawing generated 565,435 winning tickets across the nation with a total amount of $0 prizes.
America's favorite Powerball game is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings are held 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to pay 1 extra dollar to purchase the Power Play option, which multiplies the original prizes except jackpot. The overall odds of winning is about 1 to 32. The chances of matching all six Powerball numbers are about 1 in 292 million. The minimum Powerball jackpot starts at 40 million dollar. The annuity option is paid in 30 graduated installments in 29 years. Winners may choose one-time lump-sum cash payout option instead.
