A single ticket in Florida won $286 million Powerball jackpot in Saturday night's drawing

One ticket sold in Florida matched all 6 numbers in Saturday night's Powerball game drawing, worth approximately $286 million, lottery officials said. The winning numbers from Saturday, June 5th, 2021 drawing were 44, 52, 54, 64, 69 with Power Ball number 26. The winner will have the choice of annuity payments for the entire prize amount of $286 million, or the cash option of $196.6 million before tax withholding. The jackpot winner is highly suggested to sign the ticket, place it in a secure place and contact lottery officials as soon as possible. Jackpot winner has the chance to choose the cash value of the jackpot while claimng the prizes. If the winner does not make choice, the payment option will revert to annuity by default.
In addition to the grand prize awarded on Saturday, June 5th, 2021, Powerball created a lot more pleased winners walked away with large winnings.
