Powerball jackpot moves to $46,000,000; 1 player won the second prize

The Powerball game jackpot has jumped up to a projected $46,000,000 (lump-sum cash payout $$21.2 million) for the next drawing in the multistate lottery game Monday night. The jackpot amount has been rolled over since nobody hit all six winning numbers to take the $35,000,000 jackpot Saturday night. The numbers drawn Saturday night, March 7th, 2026 were 17, 18, 30, 50, 68 and Powerball was 24.
While the jackpot was not hit Saturday evening, Powerball had some big winners. There was only one lucky ticket matched the first five numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The one lucky ticket(s) sold in FL, each won $1,000,000 cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Other major winners Saturday evening included 10 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. There were 3 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! In addition, 193 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 60 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to a total win of $200 each! There were 509 tickets that matched 3 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and also won $100. 175 additional players not only matched 3+1, and also bought the Power Play option, doulbled the prizes to $200 cash each ticket.
