Powerball jackpot climbs to $75,000,000 Saturday, March 14th, 2026; Two players matched the first five numbers

The multi-state Powerball game jackpot has increased to an estimated $75,000,000 dollars after there was no jackpot winner in Wednesday's drawing. The lump-sum cash payout stands at $$34.6 million. The numbers drawn Wednesday night, March 11th, 2026 were 03, 06, 55, 58, 63 with Power Ball 12.
Although the jackpot was not awarded Wednesday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There were two lucky winners correctly matched the first 5 lotto numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The two second prize winning ticket(s) purchased in IL(1) and MO(1) won $1 million cash.
Other prizes won Wednesday night included 6 tickets that matched 4 white numbers together with Powerball and won $10,000. 2 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that multiplied winnings 4 times to $40,000 cash! Other prizes won Wednesday evening included 138 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 56 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash! There were 375 tickets that matched three white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and also won $100. 150 additional players not only matched 3+1, and also purchased the Power Play option, doulbled the winnings to $200 cash each ticket.
With nine ways to win, the Wednesday night's drawing generated 328,893 winning tickets across the nation with a total amount of $0 prizes.
Powerball can be played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings occur 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time. To play Powerball, choose 5 numbers from 1 to 69 then select 1 Powerball number from a set of 26. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to spend $1 extra to purchase the Power Play option, which increases the original winnings but not grand prize. The minimum Powerball grand prize starts at $40 million. Its annuity option is paid in 30 graduated payments. Winners can choose one-time lump-sum cash payout instead.
