Big Powerball jackpot up for grabs Saturday night

The Powerball game jackpot is on the move again. The jackpot for the Saturday, March 22nd, 2025 drawing leaps to $444,000,000 with the cash option at an estimated $$207.2 million. The winning numbers from Wednesday, March 19th, 2025 drawing were 08-11-21-49-59 and Powerball was 15.
Even though there was no grand prize winner Wednesday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There were 2 second prize winners from Wednesday night's Powerball drawing, matching the first 5 lotto numbers except the Powerball number. The two second prize ticket(s) from CO(1) and TX(1) matched all 5 white ball numbers and also purchased Power Play, which doubled the prize to $2 million cash win!
Additional major winners Wednesday evening included 15 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 6 additional players not just matched 4+1, but also bought the Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
There were 43,858 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of Florida. There were 3 lucky Floridaers matched 4 lotto numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 84 tickets were sold in the state of Florida which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers. The lucky ticket holders will receive $100 each. 34 tickets were sold in the state of Florida which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play. The lucky ticket holders will collect $200 each.
With nine different prize levels, the Wednesday night's drawing produced 525,887 winning tickets across the nation with a total amount of $0 prizes.
America's favorite Powerball lottery is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball lottery uses a 5/69+1/26 matrix from which winning numbers are chosen. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to pay $1 extra to purchase the Power Play option, which multiplies the original prizes except grand prize. The minimum Powerball jackpot is 40 million dollar.
