The Powerball jackpot has been pumped up to an estimated $134,000,000 (lump-sum cash payout $$60.3 million) for the next drawing in the multistate lottery game Monday night. The grand prize amount has been carried over because no player matched all 6 numbers to take the $123,000,000 jackpot Saturday night. The numbers drawn Saturday night, May 17th, 2025 were 07-34-40-42-52 with Power Ball 15. The Powerball jackpot has been rolling over for 9 draws since Monday, April 28th, 2025. The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in KY, matched all six numbers for a 168,000,000 top prize.
While the jackpot was not awarded Saturday evening, Powerball had some big winners. 13 3rd prize winning tickets were sold nationwide. There were 3 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
Additional prizes won Saturday evening included 214 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers and won $100. 66 additional players not only matched 4 white ball, but also chose the Power Play option, double the prizes to a total win of $200 each! 573 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, plus the Powerball number. These tickets are also each worth $100. There were 199 tickets matched 3+1 with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to win a total win of $200 each.
There were 42,157 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of Florida. There was a lucky Floridaer matched 4 lotto numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. 72 tickets were sold in the state of Florida which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers. The lucky ticket holders will collect $100 each. There were 21 lucky Florida players won $200 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play purchased.
