Powerball jackpot jumps to $190,000,000 Monday, September 7th, 2026; One ticket won the second prize

The Powerball lottery grand prize has jumped up to $190,000,000 (lump-sum cash payout $$81.9 million) for the next drawing in the multistate lottery game Monday night. The jackpot amount has been rolled over since nobody matched all 5 lotto numbers and the Powerball number to take the $173,000,000 jackpot Saturday night. The winning numbers from Saturday, September 5th, 2026 drawing were 15, 40, 47, 53, 59 with Power Ball 09.
Although there was no jackpot winner Saturday evening, some players still walked away with big money. There was a sole second prize winning ticket from Saturday night's Powerball drawing, matching the first five white ball numbers but not the Powerball number. The 1 lucky ticket(s) sold in TX, each won $1 million cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
