Powerball jackpot goes to $50,000,000 Saturday; One player won the second prize

Wall Street is not the only place where fortunes are made and lost these days. One fortune will be up for grabs on Saturday, when Powerball lottery has $50,000,000 on the line. The cash option stands at $$23 million. Powerball's jackpot rose since no one matched all 6 numbers drawn Wednesday night. The winning numbers drawn Wednesday night, September 10th, 2025 were 02, 24, 45, 53, 64 with Power Ball 05.
Although the jackpot was not hit Wednesday evening, Powerball had some big winners. There was a single lucky player that matched the first 5 white ball numbers and won the second prize. The one second prize ticket(s) from WA matched all 5 white ball numbers and also purchased Power Play, which doubled the prize to 2 million dollar cash win!
Other major winners Wednesday evening included 10 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. 5 additional players not only matched 4+1, and also chose the Power Play option, multiplying the winnings by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
There were 37,677 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of Florida.
